Our passion, and claim to fame, are our made-from-scratch, hand-crafted, fresh loaves of the best whole grain bread on the planet. Our bread begins with premium wheat from north-central Montana, that we stone-mill into fresh flour every morning, right in our bakery! We take that wheat and blend it with ingredients from nature like yeast, salt, and local honey to produce bread that tastes simply amazing. There are no additives, frozen doughs, or ingredients you can't pronounce. We also have an array of homemade sweets, seasonal specialty products, and a full sandwich line, made with top quality meats, cheeses, and veggies. Spring has come to Great Harvest!

Spring has arrived at the bakery and with it a host of new sights, smells, and products! We love this time of year that promises sunny days, new life, and fresh things to eat. This delicious variety is sure to make your Easter table special!
Here is what we have to bring the taste of Spring to your home:

-Lemon Blueberry coffee cake-a delicious combination of tangy lemon and sweet blueberries. Available daily.
-Lemon Oh's- a lemon cake with a sweet cream filling. Available daily.
-Ambrosia- a beautiful braided loaf with fresh oranges and lemons, raisin, almonds, and coconut. Available Thursdays
-Lemon Sunburst Bread-a soft lemony bread with a light glaze. Available Wednesdays.
-Blueberry Cheesecake Swirl-Available Fridays and Saturdays
-Strawberry Shortcake Bread- a delightful spring coffee cake. Available daily

Blueberry Cheesecake Swirl

We have had so many requests for the decadent Blueberry Cheesecake Swirl bread that we brought it back to our baking schedule this month. We will be baking it on Fridays and Saturdays! This is a favorite that is great alone or battered for French Toast. Any way you decide to use it, it is delicious!

We just use fresh wheat, carefully and stringently selected from the arid high plains of America's best wheat growing regions. That's it!
Freshly ground whole wheat flour-plus our proprietary recipes and baking process-enables most Great Harvest breads to remain fresh 7 to 10 days.
